BelleFrag™ is a popular e-commerce site specializing in the sale of highly concentrated perfumes. We offer a wide selection of men's, women's and unisex fragrances.

Placing an order on BelleFrag™ is simple. Browse our fragrance catalog, select the product you are interested in, add it to your cart, and follow the online checkout steps. You will then receive an order confirmation by email.

Yes, our products are 100% authentic and developed with care and expertise in Paris. In addition, we only use high-quality ingredients.

On the product page, availability is indicated under the "Add to Cart" button. If a fragrance is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it is back in stock.

Order Problem

  • For a paid but unshipped order: You can contact customer service to change the shipping information. If the relevant information is not provided in time, the order will be shipped without modification
  • For a shipped order: in this case, it is unfortunately too late to change the sizes of the items in your order because they have already left our warehouse. If you are not satisfied with the item, you can request a return after receiving the order.

  • If you wish to cancel your order/unshipped item:
    Log in to your account, go to "My Orders" cancel the order you no longer want by clicking the "Cancel" button.
  • If you want to cancel your order/shipped item:
    In this case, unfortunately we cannot cancel it. If you no longer want your order, you can request a return after receiving the package and then get a refund.

Please note that we can only modify your order BEFORE shipping. It will be too late after shipping.

We invite you to modify the address yourself, you will easily find the "Modify address" button under the "My orders" section.

After shipping, you will need to contact our carrier (Colissimo or Chronopost) to define a new shipping address.

Unfortunately, these are two different shipping companies for each shipping method, so it is not possible to change it.

Generally, it takes at least 1 to 2 business days for the preparation and shipping of your order. We strive to meet these deadlines but it is possible that slight delays occur.

If you have already paid, we are sorry to inform you that we will no longer be able to change this billing address.

After shipping the package, BelleFrag never asks the customer to pay additional fees to collect the package.

La Poste or Chronopost will never ask you to pay to collect a package. This is fraud. Do not click on any link and close the page!

Delivery and Return

Delivery times depend on your location. Usually, orders are delivered between 2 to 3 working days by Chronopost express and between 3 to 4 working days by GLS.

We offer delivery to countries within the European Union. You can view shipping rates on the checkout page after entering your shipping address.

This is usually due to an incomplete/incorrect delivery address or the courier not having access to the delivery location. We will re-ship your order to you upon receipt by our teams.

Typically, we email you tracking information after your order has been shipped. You can also manually enter your tracking number on the Order Tracking page of our website.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

We suggest you check the status of your return. It is possible that our warehouse has not yet received your return package. Generally, it takes between 2 and 3 days for the delivery of the return package, it depends on the carrier. In addition, refunds are generally processed within 7 business days of receiving your return package. It therefore generally takes about ten days to receive your refund.
